Born in 1985, Radivoje Stamenkovic graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Haute École Spécialisée de la Source (2004–2008). He then studied law at the University of Lausanne (2009–2012), followed by a Master’s degree in law at the Universities of Lausanne and Bern (2013–2014 – magna cum laude).
He initially worked for an insurance company in Lucerne, before completing his legal internship at a law firm specializing in insurance and third-party liability, where he was subsequently hired as an associate lawyer.
In 2020, together with Filip Banic, he founded Banic Stamenkovic – Attorneys-at-Law. In 2021, he obtained the title of SBA Specialist Lawyer in Liability and Insurance.
