Filip Banic obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in law from the University of Geneva in 2011 and 2012, respectively.

After completing his university education, he worked for nearly two years as a tax specialist with one of the Big Four accounting firms in Lausanne. He then worked as an ad hoc clerk at the Justice of the Peace Court for the Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut district. After completing his legal internship at a law firm in Lausanne, he obtained his LL.B. and continued his career there as an associate lawyer.

In 2020, he joined forces with Radivoje Stamenkovic to found Banic Stamenkovic – Attorneys-at-Law. In addition to his work as an independent attorney, Filip Banic serves as President of the Arbitration Tribunal of the Romandy Football League (LRF).
